How your account is kept safe
You're always in control. The Managing Director can read your email, calendar and files to help, but it can never send, create, or change anything on its own.
Nothing happens without your tap. When you ask it to send an email or set up an event, it prepares a draft and shows it to you — it only goes out when you press Send or Create on the card.
It can't delete anything. Wholegrain never requests delete permissions, so no email, event, or file can be removed through the Managing Director.

Ask — Consult an expertise on a question. Say something like Ask my Generative AI Strategy expertise: how should we phase the rollout? The director pulls that knowledge into its answer.
Share — Make an expertise available to a project, colleague, or domain. Say Share my … expertise with … — you'll get a confirm card before access changes.
Rename — Update an expertise title. Say Rename my … expertise to … and confirm when prompted.
Develop — Tap the Code on an expertise you own to open its skill agent and deepen the knowledge base in a dedicated session.
